Professional management skill sets are quite crucial for getting the right job for a candidate. However, most of the present-day engineering graduates lack the practical skills demanded by their jobs, although they have adequate theoretical knowledge, due to which they remain unemployed or are forced to work in other unrelated industries/fields.We understand this and to solve this dilemma, we, a group of Engineering enthusiasts started our venture, Aavishkaara School For Applied Professional Training (AS APT) to facilitate the students to acquire the professional skills demanded by today’s industry. We aim to provide civil engineering graduates the training and guidance, understand their strengths and shortcomings so that they get the right job in the field of civil engineering.Our training aims for providing them with not only the right practical skills and knowledge but also giving them motivational and inspirational sessions that make them confident and successful in their careers.
